When submitting support inquiries, be sure to include a detailed description of the problem, your domain name, account type (entry-level, e-commerce, etc), contact name and what is the best time to reach you.
In most cases, we will respond immediately however, during heavy support periods you may not receive a response for 24 hours.
We are also currently building a database of frequently asked questions. We expect to have the service complete in the near future.
